We at Bentley Parts USA firmly believe at maintaining extremely high standard when it comes to customer service. We do understand our valuable customers might end up purchasing the incorrect part for their vehicle, to eliminate such conflicts of incorrect parts we always and proactively ask our clients to provide the VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER to ensure the part being sent is the one that is needed.
We do entertain returns for the orders placed through the website under the following conditions:
If the buyer complaints the part is incorrect and won’t fit the vehicle, the return would be accepted under 14 days from the time item is delivered. The 14 days return duration would be calculated as per the delivery carrier website i.e. the time and date from which item is delivered. The buyer would bear the expenses of shipping to our address. If the buyer fails to raise the return request within 14 days, there would be restocking fee applicable which would be 10% of the total order value.
We always strive and work towards delivering packages in intact condition. If the buyer receives the parts in an unacceptable condition i.e. damaged or broken. We would replace the order at free of cost.
If the buyer raises a request for the replacement of the item, we would be only able to replace the product once we receive the primary order and verify it is in unused condition post which the replacement item would be shipped out.
Electronic goods cannot be returned or refunded.
